Dan is the 3rd generation in the MEP trade, with 30+ years of experience within MEP and management. In addition to AirSon, he has been the co-founder, patent holder and CEO of two successful research companies within evidence-based asthma treatment and management of surgical site infection, both using ventilation protocols. Dan has a long experience in designing and leading large scale and advanced design and construction projects, primarily for the multinational Swedish pharma, food and high-tech industries.

Axel has worked as an HVAC-designer, project manager and today as business area manager at Airson over the last 16+ years. Axel’s focus is on leading our controlled indoor environment team, working with contracting, clean rooms, heat pumps, chillers, piping and HVAC installations in projects that are energy-consuming and installation-intensive with high demands and tight tolerances in for example the med-tech, food & beverage and hi-tech sectors. He works at AirSon because of the great team spirit, where everyone is backing each other up and making each other’s days better.

Kathrine has been working as a project and quality manager at AirSon for more than a decade. Her focus is cleanrooms and HVAC installations within installation-intensive projects with high demands and tight tolerances in the med-tech, food and hi-tech industry segments. Before joining AirSon, Kathrine worked as a development engineer in primary development projects, at Electrolux Professional AB.

Martin has 10 years of experience in energy-intensive industry segments. Martin’s experience span from energy calculations to project management and energy-efficient design. The solutions are closely linked, but the applications differ from project to project. Martin is working as one our business area managers and focuses on leading our team for energy efficiency, working with energy saving and efficient design within our industry segments.

Björn has 8+ years of work experience in HVAC engineering. His main focus area is HVAC construction in installation-intensive projects with high demands, such as cleanrooms, laboratories, food industry and injection moulding facilities. Björn is specialized in 3D-modelling and visualisation. He is often the lead designer with overall responsibility for HVAC systems. Oatly, TetraPak, Veoneer, Lunds Universitet, Senior Björn enjoys working at AirSon because he gets to work on some of the most fun and challenging projects in the industry.

Markus has 7 years with the company, working on advanced projects. His focus has been both on design and project management. Markus also handles the development of the AirShower, which is frequently used in our cleanroom projects.

Martin has 5+ years of work experience in energy-intensive projects, with a focus on project management & MEC design. Martin’s experience spans many different industries, such as injection moulding, battery separator film and food production, both in large mature global companies, such as Tetra Pak, and smaller expansive companies like Oatly. Previous work experience is 8+ years as a machine operator within the farming industry in Australia and Sweden.

Patrik worked with HVAC and plumbing systems as consultant from 1996 to 2017. In 2017, he was employed by AirSon in the role as “System owner of HVAC” for European Spallation Source ERIC, ESS in Lund. The task was to coordinate the requirements for the HVAC systems in each building with the users of the buildings, provide these requirements to the designers of the HVAC systems and to review the design documents to verify that the requirements were fulfilled. In 2019, he became project leader for a plumbing contract for the new CMU research facility in Lund. During the project he worked the with design of the systems for water, cooling, heating, compressed air as well as lead the plumbing contract. He is engaged as consultant in different projects at the McNeil medical production plant in Helsingborg. He works at AirSon because it is never boring. In different projects, he can assume different roles, and be working with design as consultant one day, and be leading a contract work the next.

Mathilda has worked as a technical advisor, project manager and designer at Airson for the last five years, with consulting services and project management in air treatment and mechanical installation technology as her main work area. Mathilda’s focus is HVAC installations in projects which are installation-intensive with high demands and tight tolerances in for example the med-tech, food and hi-tech industry segments, both in Sweden and internationally. Before joining AirSon, Mathilda was a student at Lund’s university where she also, by request from Boverket (Swedish Boulding Authority), continued to research the subject of her Batchelor thesis as an employee. She believes that the best thing about working at AirSon is that the work is very varied and that she is constantly faced with new challenges that she gets the opportunity to solve with the help of amazing colleagues.

Johanna has spent the last five years working as an energy engineer and project manager at AirSon, with energy efficiency, design, and optimization as her main work area. Johanna’s focus has been energy-intense project within property, research, med-tech and the food industry sector, both in Sweden and internationally. Johanna has also worked with energy-certification systems and energy calculations. Before joining AirSon, Johanna was a student at Lund’s University where she also, by request from Boverket (Swedish Boulding Authority), continued to research the subject of her Batchelor thesis as an employee. She thinks that the best thing about working at AirSon is that you get to work with the most complex, interesting and innovative projects in the world, with a team of wonderful and close-knit colleagues.

Petter has 4+ years of experience working with energy-intensive industries. He started with a focus on HVAC-design and have since taken the step to become a project manager. Petter has experience of many different industries, such as pharma, food and battery separator film manufacturers. Petter is also representing AirSon in our work together with SIS (Swedish institute of standards) in TK108 (Tekniska kommiten för Renhetsteknik). McNeil, Cernelle, Tetra Pak, Senior Material Europe He thinks that the best thing about AirSon is that he gets to work with challenging projects together with great colleagues.

Henrik has 10+ years of work experience in energy efficiency within both the industrial and the real estate sector. During the most recent part of his career, he has focused mainly on energy-saving contracting – responsible for and lead in energy analyses, implementation of energy-saving measures and follow-ups. Henrik's projects have mainly involved larger food-tech and med-tech facilities with high technical demands. Henrik joined AirSon in 2019 to challenge himself, to work in projects with higher complexity and to get the chance to implement energy-saving projects for real customers.

Dany is a mechanical engineer with 7+ years of experience in mechanical utility system design and implementation. He is specialized in steam, steam condensate, compressed air, cooling, and heat recovery systems in industrial installations. Dany has successfully designed and delivered 20+ projects in different industries, such as Injection molding, battery manufacturing and food and beverage. Dany believes that by designing/engineering sustainable solutions, each engineer can make a positive impact on the future of humankind.

Simon has two years of work experience in HVAC engineering. His main focus is on HVAC construction in installation-intensive projects within the hi-tech, med-tech, and injection moulding sectors. Simon is specialized in energy simulations and 3D modelling of HVAC systems. McNeil, Oatly, Senior, Skandia Fastigheter, Tetra Pak Simon enjoys working at AirSon because he gets to work on some challenging projects with wonderful colleagues.

Natalia is a civil engineer with 2+ years of experience in building services. Her main focus is on cooling, heating systems and air treatment installations in projects for med, food and hi-tech companies. Before joining AirSon, Natalia studied as a civil engineer and worked part time as a designer for a construction and design company with focus on residential and administrative buildings. She enjoys being part of AirSon due to the fact that the work differs from one project to another, and that she can work with many interesting projects together with a team of amazing colleagues.

Oscar graduated in 2017 with a Master of Science degree in Energy and Environmental Engineering. He recently joined AirSon as an HVAC engineer, working in the office in Ängelholm. His previous experiences include five years within the building construction sector, working with Building Information Modeling. He enjoys working at AirSon because it gives him a chance to work with the most complex and interesting projects where there is always something new to learn.

Erik has 15+ years of experience in HVAC and plumping design and has worked at AirSon since 2019. Erik’s main focus area is HVAC and plumbing construction in projects spanning from commercial buildings, offices and laboratories to med-tech and food & beverage facilities.

Mats has several decades of experience from various engineering roles. Mats have had many different roles within project management and project planning within different industries, such as food & beverage, Pharma and Hi-tech manufacturing industries. The know-how spans many different disciplines, such as food safety, chemical process, waste water treatment, etc, etc

Johan has worked in several different companies and gained extensive experience of how to successfully run and develop a finance function that serves as a supportive part to the entire company. He is a driven person with a strong focus on improving and developing business and people. He likes to work close to the business, to fully understand the challenges it faces and how to best support it.

Albin recently graduated with an MSc in Civil Engineering from LTH. He has previously worked as a supervisor and fitter in the construction and civil engineering industry for five years. The majority of that time, he worked in Norway, but also in Varberg and Malmö, in everything from small projects to infrastructure projects worth billions. He works at AirSon to be part of the design of the energy-efficient industries and buildings of the future. Albin likes the fact that the company wants to be at the forefront of development and be the best in its field. He thrives on the variety of projects and tasks that AirSon offers and wants to develop within the company through gaining more responsibility and becoming involved in large projects all over the world.

Fredrik has 20 years of experiance from the construction industry where he had many different rolls, above all, project management, projekt planning, QEHS, purschase and personell. He has worked in both small and large projects and he is used to being involved in several projects at the same time.

Najma joined us at AirSon in March 2024 after she finished her studies at Lund University. Although she haven´t extensive work experience, she has developed a strong theoretical foundation and practical skills through her education. Najma chose AirSon for the innovative projects and the opportunity to work with experienced colleagues who can help her grow in her career.

Antoine has 15 years of experience as energy and sustainability engineer, both for industry and real estate. He started his professional journey in Japan in the steel industry. After 7 years in Paris working with energy efficiency, strategic consulting and complex design of energy systems (large-scale industries, district heatings and coolings,etc), he moved to Sweden in 2017 and worked until 2023 at Bengt Dahlgren as an energy and sustainability consultant. Antoine has joined Airson in 2024 as energy lead, he focuses on energy design of new industry facilities as well as strategic plans for existing facilities.

Niyas has 10+ years of experience in HVAC and plumbing design. He is the sole founder of Atva Engineering Pvt. Ltd., based in Bengaluru, India. His project portfolio spans a wide range of developments in Sweden, including battery manufacturing plants, hospitals, indoor sports halls, high-rise apartments, shopping malls, offices, VVIP villas, and car wash centers. During his time at Sweco (2019–2023) and AirSon (from 2023), he was drawn to AirSon by the opportunity to work on some of the industry's most complex and challenging projects.

Basavaraju has 7 years of experience in the engineering and HVAC design development field, specializing in creating detailed drawings and IFC (Issue for Construction) documentation. Throughout these years, he has been deeply involved in BIM workflows, adhering to industry standards, and researching effective methods for virtual design and coordination using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks. He has coordinated BIM documentation with teams for both onsite and offshore projects, working on large-scale commercial, institutional, healthcare, residential, and retail projects for MEP firms in the US, Australia, and the Middle East, as well as with a BIM consulting firm.

In August 2024, Emma joined AirSon after completing her degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Architecture at Lund University (LTH) earlier that summer. She also holds a degree in Marketing, Customer Experience, and Digital Commerce from IHM Business School. At AirSon, Emma will take on a combined role as Assistant Energy Engineer and Marketing Coordinator. What primarily attracted her to AirSon was the opportunity to work on challenging and innovative projects in collaboration with knowledgeable and supportive colleagues.

André joined us at AirSon in September 2024. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Building Engineering with Architecture from Lund University (LTH) in May 2024 and is now starting his career with us. In his first role after graduation, he will take on a combined position as Assistant Sales Engineer and HVAC Engineer. André chose AirSon because he looks forward to developing his skills by working on new, exciting projects where each assignment is unique and never the same as the last. He is also enthusiastic about working with the best in the industry and tackling the most challenging projects.

Henrik has 35 years of experience in plumbing design. Henrik's duties mainly consist of the management and design of plumbing facilities. His tasks also include project management, inspection work and investigative work.

Isac has worked with companies like KB components, Tetra Pak, Orkla, Senior, E.ON ectogrid, Elos among others. His main focus areas are plumbing design, some project management and calculation work for energy. Isac is also in charge of AirSon’s presence at student fairs. He likes to work at AirSon because of the varied tasks, talented colleagues and the fact that he gradually gets more responsibility and opportunities to develop. Isac thrives in AirSon’s corporate culture of constantly wanting to be the best in our field and growing as a company.

Robert recently graduated with a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on energy efficiency, air, moisture, and other subjects linked to sustainable construction. Both before and during his education, Robert gained more than six years of sales and managing experience in retail of HVAC, plumbing and other building materials. He likes to work with the advanced projects and his highly competent colleagues at AirSon, where his goal for the future is to work as a project manager.

Viktor graduated from Lund University in 2022 with a master in Energy Efficient and Environmental Building Design after doing his master thesis on affordable and energy-efficient renovation alternatives for rural houses in Gammalsvenskby, Ukraine. During his studies, he also worked as an exercise leader in an HVAC course during two semesters and did various work for the department of Building Services at Lunds Tekniska Högskola (LTH). For Viktor, global warming and environmental issues are his most important questions. This is also why he works at AirSon, to be part of the development of energy-efficient industries and buildings for the future. He also likes to be challenged and work with problem-solving and difficult tasks, which is perfect, since AirSon works with the most advanced projects.

Emil recently graduated with an MSc in civil engineering from LTH after writing a master thesis in the spring of 2023 that evaluated various possibilities for rebuilding the heritage and decommissioned brewery in Eslöv into offices and housing. The report covered energy efficiency, moisture safety, and indoor climate as well as cultural preservation. After graduation, Emil chose to join AirSon to work with the coolest projects in the industry together with very competent colleagues.

Konrad has over 22 years of experience in construction engineering in the field of HVAC, fire protection and technological installations and over 9 years of experience in project management as a Project Manager. Konrad believes that his knowledge and experience qualified in another construction market can bring a new perspective and be an added value to AirSon. Konrad enjoys working at AirSon because he can implement technically advanced and challenging projects with great colleagues. Before joining AirSon, Konrad worked as Project Manager at Skanska Poland.

Marcus joined us at AirSon in January 2024. His career in HVAC design began back in 2016 when he combined his studies with hands-on work in HVAC engineering, also assisting in ventilation inspections. Since 2020, Marcus has been working full-time in the HVAC field, continuously expanding his skills and expertise. Drawing on his previous experience with ventilation inspections, he has also achieved certification as a qualified function inspector for ventilation systems (authorization level K). Marcus was drawn to AirSon with the ambition to deepen his expertise in technical solutions for larger, more complex projects. He was particularly motivated to work with advanced technologies that go beyond standard commercial properties.

Jessica has four years of experience in the construction sector in both Germany and Sweden. Her interest in energy efficiency led her to specialize in the master's program in energy-efficient building design. Jessica started at AirSon in 2024 and looks forward to being part of the future industry with a focus on energy-efficient solutions. At AirSon, she has the chance to participate in the most challenging projects in the industry.

Ali graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Building Engineering from Lund University 2024 and currently works as a Junior HVAC Engineer. His previous work experience includes construction work offshore, nursing care, and serving as a security guard. He is particularly drawn to Airson because of the complexity and challenges of the projects they undertake. These projects foster innovative thinking and the development of solutions to difficult problems, which aligns with his passion for tackling intricate engineering challenges.

After five years studying Civil Engineering at LTH (Lund University), she graduated in the spring of 2024. During her studies, she completed two summer internships, spending one summer as a project site manager and another as a cost estimation engineer. Her thesis focused on carbon offsetting in the construction industry, with a particular emphasis on environmental certifications for buildings. She finds sustainable development fascinating, with energy issues being a critical component—this is where AirSon came into the picture. Being involved in efforts toward energy efficiency and sustainable development is something she finds incredibly rewarding, especially when it includes participation in exciting projects.

Alexander joined AirSon in September 2024, bringing several years of experience as an HVAC consultant. Before his role at AirSon, he specialized in designing HVAC systems for apartment buildings, offices, gyms, and various commercial properties, managing both new construction projects and evaluations of existing systems. He is skilled in preparing detailed technical descriptions and developing framework specifications and system documentation for HVAC systems. Alexander chose AirSon because he looks forward to being involved in the company's unique projects, which differ significantly from what he has previously worked on. The extensive expertise within the company and AirSon's distinctive niche made the company a very attractive workplace for him.

William has been in the energy industry for five years, most recently with E.ON, where he held several key positions, including M&A and Strategy at the German headquarters, along with a role as a B2B sales manager. Previously, he worked with Airson, but now he is committed to staying here. His primary focus is to collaborate in designing and building the finest factories in Europe.

Anton recently joined AirSon directly from the university, where he studied energy engineering with a focus on energy efficiency in buildings. In his studies he has done energy calculations and constructed plumbing and ventilation systems for buildings. During Anton’s master thesis he studied an office building in Uppsala where he made energy simulations and analyzed the optimal insulation thickness for the external walls from an economic perspective. What attracted Anton the most to AirSon was the fact that our field of expertise aligned with his interests, but also the friendly environment. Challenging projects with talented and helpful coworkers - that is the perfect workplace according to Anton.

Marko has 18+ years of experience within MEP and management. In addition to working at AirSon, he was the co-founder and CEO of “TermoProjekt” Moscow where he was responsible for developing projects from the design and bidding phase to construction and commissioning of HVAC systems. From 2016 to 2021 he worked as a project leader at “Sweco” Stockholm, and from 2021 to 2022 he led projects at “WSP” Stockholm. He was involved in various projects such as hospitals, shopping centers, luxury villas, subways, bus laundry, large city stations, etc.

Jimi has six years of experience in designing HVAC system and recently joined us at AirSon after most recent been working at Sweco. He has worked in big, komplex projects in different types of facilities, for example Northvolt, Salarium and different data centers. He chose to join AirSon because we work with big and komplex project which suits Jimi well.

Erik has over 6 years of professional experience in HVAC technology. During his time at Sweco (2017-2022), Erik worked on a variety of challenging projects, including wastewater treatment plants, bus wash halls, metro depots, hospitals, and Northvolt. Erik was attracted to Airson by the opportunity to work on some of the most complex and exciting projects in the industry.

Peter has 7+ years of experience in HVAC engineering. He recently came from Sweco, and prior to that, he worked at WSP. Over the years, he has been involved in a wide range of projects, from schools, restaurants, and offices to larger industrial ventures such as train depots and subway systems. What attracted Peter to AirSon was the opportunity to take on more advanced and complex projects.
